Tomato Basil Chicken
I have been cooking a lot more lately now that I have a boyfriend and have had my kids quite a bit this summer. Recently, I just made Tomato Basil Chicken it was delicious! I found the recipe on Menu Musings of a Modern American Mom. The photo below is by MenuMusings.com. My photo of it wasn't quite so pretty. It was delicious!
Tonight, I was planning on making this for my parents for their 41st wedding anniversary, but my dad called in the middle of posting this and said he would cook steaks if I would take care of the sides, YUMMY! So instead of what you see below we are having Steak, Hasselback Potatoes, Corn on the Cob and Salad! Oh man it is making me hungry just thinking of it!
